It’s an exciting time for Gloucestershire Young Carers as we launch our search for a CEO!

Ambitious for the future and supporting over 1,000 young carers countywide, we are keen to consolidate the growth and progress of recent years. We want to prepare for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead and, with the support of our staff, volunteers, and our current Leadership Team, appoint a new CEO.

Our 30th Anniversary year has given us the perfect timing and opportunity to do this.

Ele Semadeni, Operations Manager, said ‘This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional individual to join and complement our Senior Leadership Team ensuring that we can continue with our mission to enable young carers to build on their strengths and reach their potential. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about supporting young people, collaborative in their approach and has the drive and expertise to take GYC forward for the next 30 years.’
