Here's answers to some common questions about young carers.

What young carers are saying:

"Being introduced to the Gloucestershire Young Carers has made such a difference in getting to know other people who are in the same position as ourselves, helping us feel more recognised and supported."

"The trips and group meetings not only give us a break, but a chance to take part in activities and opportunities that we have never tried before."

"Throughout the year several of us have been involved in speaking out about young carers and getting our message out to the media, we have even challenged Members of Parliament and the House of Lords to sit up and take notice!"
