The young carers festival is an event for all young teenagers from ages 13-18 who care or look agter a parent of sibling in their own household. What you do there is you get to meet new people and do lots of events like football, canoeing, absailing and a zip wire and many more. It is really fun at the festival because my two older sisters were telling me stories of what happened in previous years. It sounded like so much fun. At night time we would have a disco we danced. The journey home was ok but the only thing I didnt like when we were on our way home was saying good bye to my friends and the fact that I would not see them for another year.
