Mental Health Youth Group Co-facilitator (Sessional)

Mental Health Youth Group Co-facilitator (Sessional)

£21 per hour

Us Too is a group programme for children and young people who live in families where someone, usually a parent or sibling, has a mental illness. The programme draws on the Five Ways to Wellbeing to provide children and young people with the tools they need to look after and improve their own mental health.

One 12-session senior programme and two 5-session junior programmes are delivered annually. Once committed to a programme, the co-facilitator is required to attend all sessions for that programme.

Sessions are run:

  • on Thursday evenings from 5:30 -8:00 at Twigworth Court Business Centre, GL2 9PG
  • Each programme also includes a team building activity session on a Saturday or Sunday.

We are seeking sessional workers to join our bank of co-facilitators. If you have experience of mental health work and working with children and young people and would like more information please contact Kate Moss by email, or calling 07840204383.
